Cleaning and Inspection - Wipe the surface dust of the bar lighting stage hoist with a dry soft cloth, focusing on cleaning the oil stains on the gearbox and steel wire rope (or chain) to prevent dust accumulation from accelerating wear due to oil absorption. - Check the steel wire rope for broken wires, deformation, or corrosion. If the number of broken wires exceeds 10% of the total, replace it immediately; for chain drives, inspect the wear of chain links (replace if wear exceeds 3%). Operation Testing - Run the bar lighting stage hoist no-load for 3-5 minutes and observe whether the operation is smooth and whether there are abnormal noises (such as gear friction or motor . - Test the effectiveness of the emergency stop button to ensure it can immediately halt the machine in case of emergencies.
